This page is maintained by the OTT SHOP team to answer common security and privacy questions about OTT SHOP. It describes the controls currently in place and how we handle your data. It is editable content provided by the store owner, not an independent certification or audit.
Accounts & Authentication
You access OTT SHOP by creating an account with your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our managed authentication provider and are never stored by us in plain text.
You can reset your password at any time from the sign-in screen using the “Forgot password” option.
Access Control
Your account is private to you. Order history and subscription details are only visible when you are signed in, and each customer can see only their own records.
Administrative actions (such as adding an order or subscription to a customer account) are restricted to authorized store staff only.
Data We Collect
We keep the information needed to run your account and orders, including:
- Your email address (for sign-in and account recovery)
- Your orders and purchase details
- Your active subscriptions and their status
We do not sell your personal information.
Hosting & Platform
OTT SHOP is built and hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides the database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Describing these platform capabilities is factual and is not a third-party certification claim.
Cookies & Sessions
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. These are required for the site to function and are not used for third-party advertising.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can request changes to your account information or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us through the channels below. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
Reporting a Security Issue
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, please report it to us directly through WhatsApp or Telegram so we can investigate quickly. Please avoid publicly disclosing the issue before we have had a chance to respond.
